About
I’m an engineer at ING, where I work on the company’s FinTech products. Rigth now, I'm focused on improving stability and performance of our internal reporting system.
I recently moved to The Netherlads and spend 2 years at Adyen. Where I helped design, build, and run our bank front-office — primarily working with transfers, users accounts and authentication.
Before that, I worked at Sigma where I helped create Revcontent's new OpenRTB API for AdTech and refined Java deployments to AWS. This role significantly deepened my expertise in Java and Linux performance. I became familiar with building highly distributed and scalable applications.
At my second job at GlobalLogic I was working as Java developer for pension fund that handled thousand of data sources to assess companies performance. This was a greenfield project on AWS/Kubernetes, where we used the latest Java technologies.
At my first job I was working at DBBest on forerunner of AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS). This experience gave me solid hands-on knowledge of databases, especially PostgreSQL.
Having written software professionally for more than 8 years now, I’m convinced that there are always new things to learn. I am very interested in software architecture, performance optimizations and desiging scalable, reliable software.
